Satin Red Velvet is a moist red velvet crème cake that bakes flat for easy assembly. Most suitable for cupcakes, layer cakes and slab cakes.
All purpose cake mix producing an endless variety of cakes & muffins with a very moist crumb and delicious taste.
How to use
Usage rate / recipe:
- 1000 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Red Velvet
- 350 g of Eggs
- 300 g of Oil
- 225 g of Water
Application / method:
- Mix all ingredients at medium speed for 5 min.
- Spread two thin layers on baking paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-12 min., with closed damper.
