How to use
Usage rate / recipe:
Tegral Satin Dark Moist Mix | 1000g | 0 |
Oil | 400g | 0 |
Water | 300g | 0 |
Egg | 400g |
Application / method:
- Place Tegral Satin Dark Moist Mix, oil, water and eggs into the mixer, mix on a slow speed until well blended.
- Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute and then mix on a high speed for 3 minutes.
- Scaling weight: 400g into loaf cake tins.
- Bake in a oven at 180 - 200° C for 40 – 45 minutes.
